Radon is a cancer-causing radioactive gas that comes from the natural decay of the Uranium and Radium present in the soil. We provide electronic testing to determine the amount of gas present in the home over a 48-hour period. Keep in mind elevated Radon gas levels can cause lung cancer. Our EPA stated that exposure to radon gas is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Radon gas can also contaminate well water. The EPA recommends that all homes should be inspected.

I have been doing Home Inspections since 2012 and have been involved with the real- estate industry since I was a kid. Having inspected over 6,000 homes in West Michigan brings experience and knowledge to guarantee a quality inspection. Before inspecting homes, I managed rental properties, and worked in the automobile service industry. I take pride in providing a thorough inspection as if my own family would be living in the house. Buying a home is one of your biggest investments, and I appreciate you choosing me to inspect your future home.
Over the years I have met many families, first time home buyers, and real estate investors and with each inspection I strive to provide clients with as much information and knowledge of their home to give them a better understanding of the condition of their investment. With the additional services we offer including radon testing, mold and air quality testing, asbestos testing, and lead based paint testing we can insure you have a safe and healthy home.
Thank you for visiting the website and I look forward to having the opportunity to inspect your home!
