As a first time home buyer, I would 100% recommend James to inspect your first potential home. He was easy to communicate with right from the start as we nailed down an inspection date within the first half hour of talking with him. He was well on time, prepared, and eager to go through the home to ensure it would be a good investment. Any questions I had before, during, & after the inspection he was able to provide a detailed answer with what you could tell was an honest outlook on the home. You can tell that James is an experienced home inspector that you can trust. He finalized a home inspection document that was emailed over to me which had pictures, recommendations on upgrades/fixes, & an entire overview on the inspection.
